At Truly Silver, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Product no longer needed
  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to photography and screen settings

All sales are considered final except in the cases mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Exchange

A refund or exchange may be approved only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect product different from what you ordered.

Reporting a Damaged or Wrong Product

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Photos/videos of the package received
    • An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Claims made after the specified period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Process

If your claim is approved for exchange:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the correct product, subject to availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be approved if:

  • The product has been used, altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
  • The claim is raised beyond the allowed reporting period.
  • Insufficient evidence is provided.
  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
